1. Online Application
CLC accepts application all year round. Applicants can apply for any sessions that start in a year.For tuition fees and application deadline, please refer to Seasonal Regular Class or Summer Short-term Session page.

Enrollment Fee Payment
A notice of enrollment fee payment will be mailed to the email address used for application within 5-7 working days if the application review is finished.[Note 1&2]. Applicants should finish the payment as soon as received the notice.

Await the Admission Letter
After paid the enrollment fee, students should provide the proof of payment. Once CLC receives the proof of payment, the admission letter will be sent to students through email within 4-6 working days [Note 3].
Note 1: The estimated processing time is 5-7 working days, the actual review time depends on the application situation and might be longer. If applicants still do not receive any notification after 14 days, please contact CLC Office by email or phone.
Note 2: The enrollment fee is non-refundable. If an applicant cannot join the quarter that they originally applied for, the fee will be preserved for 2 quarters.
Note 3: After receiving the admission letter, please confirm if the listed information is all correct. The admission letter may be used for applications related to entry visa, entry permit, and scholarships. However, the admission letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or permit. For visa-related issues, please consult with the nearby R.O.C Consulate.

Application documents require:
- Application Form- Passport-sized Photo
- A photocopy of your high school or above diploma/school transcript (or equivalent academic records)
- A photocopy of passport photo page
- A Financial Statement (Issued within 3 months and shows an ending balance exceeding USD 2,000 or its equivalent)
