宿舎の申請規定
1. 学生の皆さんには、ご自分で宿舎の手配を行うようお勧めします。また、早めに宿舎を手配できるよう、学期開始の2週間前には台湾に到着するのがよいでしょう。
2. 学生の皆さんには、校内または校外の宿舎をお選びいただけます。学校内外のベッド数には限りがあります。また、宿舎の割り当てについて当センターは何ら権限がありません。当センターは皆さんの申込を最大限サポートしますが、申し込まれた方全員がベッドの割り当てを受けられるという保証はできません。
3. 宿舎の申請は、1回につき3か月分に限り申請できます。延長を希望する学生は、学期中に延長申請を行うことができます。延長申請の結果は、本学による宿舎割当ての後に確定します。
4. 当センターは、代理申請のみ行います。宿舎との契約および搬入・退出等については、学生の方がご自分で処理してください。
5. 申請書は、申請締切日までに提出してください。期限を過ぎた場合、受理されません。宿舎は申請日に基づいて割り当てられます。申請を希望する場合は、できるだけ早めに申請書を提出してください。
6. 3か月コースの学費支払締切日までに学費が支払われていない場合、宿舎の申請は無効とみなします。
7. 宿舎の使用料は実際の入居日ではなく、申請書に記入した入居日から起算されます。
8. 学校の処理規定に基づき、宿舎の申請結果は毎季のクラスが始まる数日前に発表されます。
9. 入居する学生は、宿舎に関係する規定を遵守しなければなりません。紛争が生じた場合、宿舎は、入居資格を取り消す権限を有します。
10. 宿舎の割り当てを受けた方は、マットレス、枕、毛布、タオル、洗面用品等を自分で用意しなければならない可能性があります。また、全ての宿舎に無線LANが設置されているわけではないため、ネットワークを自分で用意しなければならないことがあります。入居前に、ご自分で宿舎にお尋ねください。
11. 以下の宿舎情報は、参考情報です。変更が生じた場合、宿舎による発表内容が優先されます。
